 As per the GO for extension of deadline for Online UG Admission (GO No. 730-Edn (CS)/10M-95/14, Dated 25 November 2024)  online applications are invited from the candidates for online admission to Semester I B.A. and B.Sc. Important dates for applicants

 

• Online application will start on: 27.11.2024 (12 noon)
• Last date of submission of online application: 28.11.2024 (up to 11.59 pm)
• Publication of Provisional comprehensive merit list: 29.11.2024 (after 12noon)
• Receiving of queries for rectification of merit list, if any (only through email to ntgc@gmail.com): 29.11.2024 (up to 2 pm)
• Publication of rectified Final comprehensive merit list: 29.11.2024(after 2:30 pm)
• Publication of e-Admission list: 29.11.2024 (from2:30 pm) to 30.11.2024 (till 12 noon)
• Physical Verification: 02.12.2024 (11 am onwards)

Necessary documents to carry for physical verification:

All original documents and one self-attested photocopy of:

1. Original of the proof of DOB
2. Original of the 10th Marksheet
3. Original of the 10+ 2 Marksheet
4. Original of the Respective Social Category Certificate (Caste Certificate) (If applicable)
5. Original of the PWD Certificate (if applicable)
6. Original of the EWS Certificate (if applicable)
7. Original of the Valid photo Id proof
8. Original of the Aadhaar card
9. Printout of Provisional Admission confirmation Certificate generated from the portal
10.  Printout of the application form generated from the portal
11. Printout of last payment receipt generated from the portal

There is no Application fee as per government order

No application would be received online after the prescribed date

Details of the physical verification

The physical verification of the first semester students of this college will be done on 03.09.2024 from 11:30 am onwards. All students are requested to visit the college following the schedule given below. Please note the reporting time is 11:00 am.
