Notice No. 914                                                                                               Date: 27.09.2022

It is hereby notified that the verification of admission related documents will be done on and from 11.10.2022, 13.10.2022, 14.10.22 from 11:30 am onwards as per the following schedule. All the non-teaching staff and the faculties as per schedule (to be circulated shortly) are requested to be present.

In this connection it is further stated that students who are yet to upload the declaration form to the university portal must do so by 29.09.2022, otherwise their verification will remain incomplete and their candidature is likely to be cancelled by the university. Students must keep the following documents handy while participating in the verification procedure:

1. Admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination (Original and two photocopies)
2. Mark sheet for Madhyamik or equivalent (Original and two photocopies)
3. Admit card of Higher Secondary or equivalent examination (Original and two photocopies)
4. Mark sheet for Higher Secondary or equivalent(Original and two photocopies)
5. Caste certificate and/or Differently able (PWD) certificate (if and whichever is applicable) (Original and two photocopies)
6. AADHAR Card (Original and two photocopies)
7. Copy of declaration form uploaded in the university website (Original)
8. Registration Application form (two photocopies)
9. Registration payment receipt (two photocopies)
10. Receipt of the payment made towards the college (Original and two photocopies)
11. Phone number which is given at the time of university registration (OTP verification will be required)
12. Two copies of Passport size photographs
